Use our software responsibly, respect the work behind it, and contact us when something needs attention. These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Using our software
These terms apply to this website and the Green Table Software applications that refer to them, including Bridge Blaster and Moonlit Garden. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under your local law, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. Additional terms provided with a particular app or playtest apply to that offering when you accept them.
Your copy, our creative work
Subject to these terms and the applicable store license, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal, lawful purposes. Green Table Software and its licensors retain ownership of the software, code, designs, artwork, and other materials. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
You retain ownership of material you send us. When you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use that feedback to improve our products without an obligation to compensate you. Please do not submit material you do not have permission to share.
Keep it fair
Do not use our services unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit our software or assets without permission, except where a relevant license or applicable law allows it.
Restrictions in these terms do not prohibit activities expressly permitted by applicable law, including statutory rights relating to interoperability or security research.
Development and availability
Products marked as in development are not a promise of a release date, platform, or final feature set. Pre-release builds may contain errors, change significantly, or lose compatibility with earlier saves. Keep a separate copy of files that matter to you.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue offerings, subject to applicable law and any obligations associated with your purchase. Separate playtest conditions, including confidentiality terms, will be provided explicitly when relevant.
App stores and purchases
Apps obtained through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another platform are also subject to that platform’s terms and applicable license. Apple’s standard end-user license agreement applies to App Store apps where no separate custom license is provided.
Bridge Blaster and Moonlit Garden are planned to offer ad-supported versions and a paid full version that removes all ads. Availability, price, payment method, and what is included will be shown in the applicable store listing or purchase screen before you buy. No subscription is announced by this policy. Purchases and refunds follow the store’s terms and applicable consumer law; a purchase does not automatically transfer between different stores or platforms.
Ad-supported builds use Google AdMob. Ads may lead to services operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. Removing ads does not automatically delete information previously processed by advertising providers. Our privacy policy explains advertising-related processing and choices.
Green Table Software is responsible for its software and support; these terms do not create support obligations for an app-store operator beyond that operator’s own terms.
Warranties and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, our website and pre-release software are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or an error-free experience.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected claims.
Your mandatory consumer rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as our services evolve. We will update the date on this page and give any additional notice required by law. Material changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights you already have.
