The plain-language version
Moonlit Garden’s Android app has a dedicated privacy policy covering its current local saves, AdMob, Play purchases, and optional gameplay statistics. Bridge Blaster is planned to offer an ad-supported version using Google AdMob and a paid full version that removes ads. The general app disclosures below apply to Bridge Blaster and other apps that link to this policy. This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and does not run ads. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
Who we are
Green Table Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops software and interactive experiences. This policy covers this website, support correspondence, and our apps that link to this policy, including Bridge Blaster. Moonlit Garden’s native Android app is covered by its separate app privacy policy; its optional gameplay statistics are separate from this website’s analytics. A product with different data practices will have a clearly identified notice describing those differences before they take effect.
For questions or privacy requests, contact support@greentablesoftware.com.
Designed to keep things local
Our apps do not currently require a Green Table Software account or offer developer-operated cloud saves. Advertising and full-version purchases are planned for Bridge Blaster; this is not a statement that every currently available build includes them. Check the app’s store listing and in-app information for the features in your version. A build without AdMob does not collect the advertising data described below through that SDK.
Settings, progress, and other app-generated files, where applicable, stay on your device. We cannot access or restore those local files. Your operating system may independently back up app data according to your device and backup settings.
When the paid full version is available, the applicable store processes payment using your store account. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app may use purchase status or a store-provided receipt or transaction identifier to unlock or restore the full version. The final purchase mechanism and any additional processing will be disclosed before release.
Apple, Google, and other platforms may separately process download, purchase, or diagnostic information under their own policies. Removing ads prevents future ad display in the paid version; it does not by itself delete information already processed by Google or other parties.
Google AdMob and your privacy choices
In ad-supported builds, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) processes information to deliver and measure ads, diagnose performance, and prevent fraud. Depending on the platform, SDK version, settings, permissions, and consent choices, this can include:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
- Device or advertising identifiers, such as Android’s advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA where access is authorized.
- App and ad interactions, including launches, taps, and video views.
- Technical and diagnostic information about the app, device, and advertising SDK.
Information is sent to Google and may be processed by advertising participants involved in serving and measuring ads. Personalized advertising, where enabled and permitted, may use information about interests or activity across services. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing; they do not mean no data is collected.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps for its practices, retention, and controls.
Before releasing ad-enabled builds, we will provide applicable in-app consent notices and privacy choices, with a way to revisit those choices where required. You can also manage advertising identifiers and tracking permissions in your device settings. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier and tracking requiring Apple’s permission are subject to App Tracking Transparency. The available choices and ad experience depend on the platform and region.
This policy does not grant consent on your behalf. Declining personalized advertising does not close an account or delete previously collected data. We do not currently operate a separate behavioral analytics or automatic crash-reporting service; AdMob-enabled builds include the SDK’s advertising and diagnostic processing described here.
Information you choose to share
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any name, screenshots, diagnostic files, or other attachments you provide. We use this information to answer questions, investigate issues, and follow up on your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
The contact and support forms prepare a message in your own email application. They do not upload your message to a website database. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Its JavaScript beacon reports page-view and performance metrics to Cloudflare. The service does not use cookies or browser local storage to identify visitors, or fingerprint individuals. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation and the performance data it collects. We do not add advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Fonts and images are served with the site. The dedicated Moonlit Garden app-policy page blocks scripts and analytics requests; visiting that page does not opt you into game statistics. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps, and security or request logs to deliver and protect it. Our email provider processes correspondence and delivery information. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Use, sharing, and security
We use information provided to us for support, responding to privacy requests, maintaining service security, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell support correspondence. AdMob-enabled builds involve the advertising-related sharing described above. Depending on applicable law, some advertising disclosure may be considered “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising; applicable notices and choices will be provided for the released advertising configuration.
Information may be processed by service providers that deliver our website and email, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and prevent abuse. Service-provider processing may occur in countries other than your own, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for these purposes. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, support processing is based on responding to your request or our legitimate interest in assisting users; processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligation. Advertising relies on consent where required and other lawful bases only where permitted.
Keeping and deleting information
Local app data remains on your device until you remove it. You can clear app storage or delete the app using your device settings; exported files and operating-system backups may need to be removed separately.
We retain support messages only for as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on the issue, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. Provider logs and backups follow the provider’s retention schedules. If a legal obligation prevents deletion of particular records, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period when responding to your request.
Google’s advertising records and app-store transaction records follow those providers’ policies and retention practices. Deleting an app or buying its full version does not automatically erase those records. We cannot promise to erase data controlled solely by another provider, but can help direct a request.
You may ask us to delete support correspondence and attachments by emailing support@greentablesoftware.com. See our data and account deletion page for the steps.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through support correspondence. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its deletion.
App suitability and age ratings are described in each app’s store listing. Before an ad-supported release, we will configure age-appropriate ad treatment and consent handling for its intended audience and applicable platform requirements. This policy does not authorize personalized advertising to children.
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable; and complain to your local data-protection authority. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to support@greentablesoftware.com, preferably from the address you used to contact us. We may ask for only the information reasonably needed to verify the request. We respond within the time required by applicable law. We cannot retrieve information that stays solely on your device. For information controlled by Google, see Google’s privacy controls. Store records must be managed through the relevant store.
Changes and questions
We will update this policy and its revision date when our practices change. Before releasing the planned advertising and purchase features, we will review the actual SDKs, purchase flow, privacy choices, and store disclosures. New partners or material changes will be reflected in the applicable disclosures, with additional notice and consent where required.
